Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

All products can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase if they have not been worn and are in brand new condition with original packaging. The original shipping cost of the order will not be refunded, only the cost of the returned item(s). The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please email appareltreeoflife@gmail.com to begin the return process.

What is your exchange policy?

All products can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase if they have not been worn and are in brand new condition with original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of the exchange shipping to us. We are responsible for the cost of shipping the exchange back to the customer. Please email appareltreeoflife@gmail.com to begin the exchange process.

 

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped within 1 business day from the date of purchase.

Where are your products shipped from?

All of our products are shipped out of our Southern California facility.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All domestic orders will arrive within 1-5 business days from the date of shipment. 

Which carrier do you use for shipping?

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS® First Class Mail. All international orders are shipped via USPS® First Class International Mail. You can pay for expedited shipping at checkout if you'd like to receive your order quicker. 

Will you provide a tracking number with my order?

Yes, a USPS® tracking number will be provided within 24 hours of your order being shipped.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide to the United States and internationally. We are able to ship to your country if you are able to checkout with your shipping address. All international orders are shipped via USPS® First Class International Mail.
